Delete your DragFrag account
You can delete your account from the DragFrag app or this website. This permanently removes your sign-in account, saved addresses, wishlist, reviews, product questions, saved payment information, cart and uploaded account files. You will lose access to your account and wallet balance.
Order, payment, refund and shipment records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Deleting your account does not cancel an order or a pending refund. Contact support if you need help with an outstanding order.
To request deletion without using or reinstalling the app, email support@dragfrag.com with the subject “DragFrag account deletion” and your registered email address or phone number. We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or OTP to support.
To delete your account directly, sign in, return to this page using Menu → Account & Data Deletion, and confirm deletion.
