4. Orders & Payments

After successfully placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for dispatch.

DragFrag Perfumes reserves the right to cancel, reject, or limit an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect product information

• Payment failure

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Invalid or incomplete delivery information

• Unusually large or suspicious orders

• Technical or system errors

Depending on availability, accepted payment methods may include:

• Net Banking

• Supported wallets

• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

Prepaid orders will normally be processed after successful payment authorization or confirmation.

For COD orders, additional verification may be requested before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other operational factors.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

• DragFrag Perfumes will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

• Delivery delays caused by courier companies or events outside our reasonable control may occur.

• Ownership and risk relating to the delivered product pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for both eligible defective and non-defective products within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return, the product generally must:

• Be unused

• Be unopened

• Have its original seal intact

• Be in its original packaging

• Be in the same condition in which it was delivered

Due to hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, tested, or used cannot normally be returned.

Eligible non-defective products may be returned within the applicable return window if they remain completely unused, unopened, and sealed.

For non-defective returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

For verified damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrectly supplied products, DragFrag Perfumes will bear the applicable return shipping charges where required.

Return requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds for approved returns will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Customers may still request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Perfume packaging, manufacturing batches, reformulations, regional packaging, or manufacturer updates may occasionally result in minor variations in:
