At DragFrag Perfumes, we strive to provide premium-quality fragrances and a reliable shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible non-defective products may be returned within 5 days of delivery if they remain unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, tested, or used cannot be returned.

Non-Defective Returns

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery if:

• You ordered the wrong product

• You changed your mind after receiving the order

• You no longer wish to keep the product

Non-defective returns will only be accepted if the product remains completely unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged product

• You received an incorrect product

• The product was defective upon delivery

• The product was leaking or materially damaged during transit

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

If the claim is verified, DragFrag Perfumes will bear the applicable return shipping charges.

2. How to Request a Return

Submit your request within 48 hours for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or within 5 days for an eligible non-defective product.

• Your order number

• Product name

• Reason for the return

• Clear photographs or videos, where applicable

Our team will review the request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

3. Return Approval Process

If your return request is approved:

• We may arrange a reverse pickup where available, or

• You may be asked to ship the product to our designated return address

Products returned without prior approval or without following the provided return instructions may not be accepted.

All returned products will be inspected after they are received.

4. Refund Policy

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, and any required payment details have been confirmed, the customer will receive the refund within 3–5 calendar days.

For approved returns:

• Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after the required payment details are confirmed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Return requests submitted after the applicable 48-hour or 5-day window.
We do not accept returns for:

• Opened perfumes

• Used, tested, or sprayed perfumes

• Products with broken or removed seals

• Products that are not in their original condition

• Products returned without their original packaging

• Fragrance preference dissatisfaction after the product has been opened, sprayed, or used

• Minor packaging variations that do not affect the product itself

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

Sale or discounted products may be returned under the same eligibility requirements described in this policy unless the product is specifically marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be available for:

• Damaged products

• Defective products

• Incorrect products

• Eligible unopened and unused products

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

For non-defective exchanges, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges and any applicable difference in product price.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

However, after delivery, an eligible unused, unopened, and sealed product may be returned according to the return conditions stated in this policy.

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the applicable payment method.

8. Return Shipping Charges

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products:

• DragFrag Perfumes will bear the eligible return shipping cost.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective returns, including change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated before the return is processed.

9. Fragrance Performance Disclaimer

Fragrance longevity, projection, and scent perception may vary depending on factors such as:

• Skin type

• Weather and temperature

• Application method

• Storage conditions

• Individual scent perception

Such variations are normal and do not automatically constitute a product defect.
