At Florisent, we strive to deliver premium quality fragrances and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes are non-returnable once opened or used.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was defective upon delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: florisent.perfume@gmail.com

  2. Include your:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the product

    • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


3. Return Approval Process

If approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area)
    OR

  • You may be asked to ship the product to our return address

Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference dissatisfaction

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

We do not offer exchanges for fragrance selection errors.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch only

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible

If cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be processed.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)


9. Important Disclaimer

Fragrance longevity and projection may vary based on:

  • Skin type

  • Weather conditions

  • Application method

These variations do not qualify as defects.
